mandating instead of prompting, the AI co-CEOI do not hand AI a list of tasks. I give it a mandate with five building blocks: goal, frame, values, escalation and control. Inside it, it decides for itself. I call that mandating instead of prompting. I hand over the work, not the liability.

Leaders in companies of every size, from the self-employed to large corporations. For the small ones, the AI co-CEO is what the big ones have in whole departments.

AI across the whole company

human and AI readiness, organisational models, around 25 agile teams, frAItagNo tool works if nobody uses it. So the whole company is learning AI, not one department. Every role changes along the way, some of them a great deal. The jobs should stay.

Visibility for the self-employed

Tell Your Story, brand, who is not on the listAt Tell Your Story, other people get the stage, not me. They carry every role on their own and appear least often in public debate. Whoever does not appear is not thought of in politics either. When the self-employed are treated as a side note, I contradict it publicly, with numbers.

Companies and brands of every size, plus associations, policymakers and media. Brand matters to the small ones as much as to the very big.
The question
Why do around four million self-employed people barely appear in public debate, and what changes when they get a stage?
