Did the team build a great input then you can have great output
And the concept of one way door and two way door decisions. Most are two way doors decision. As leadership team you have to be crystal clear which decision is to be made.
If the team has the ownership of a problem, there is no more finger pointing.
mvp is not a good term. Often the result is just average and just viable.
